About ICNM

The International Conference on Nursing & Midwifery (ICNM) is one of the premier and first (1st) conference in the field of Nursing & Midwifery, hosted in Pakistan by the University of Lahore (UOL). In collaboration with the University College of Medicine & Dentistry (UCMD)- UOL, College of Nursing, Riphah International University, Islamabad. The conference is being supported by World Health Organization (WHO).

The conference theme is “Governance and Leadership in Health Professions Education: Building Capacity for Transformational Change” The event is to be preceded by pre-conference workshops, plenaries, symposia, expert panel sessions, and poster presentations

This conference will provide the platform for connection, exchanging knowledge and ideas, and opportunity of interaction with national and international nursing & midwifery leaders/ researchers.

Objectives

1. Facilitate the exchange of current research, best practices, and innovative approaches in nursing and midwifery professions education among participants.
2. Provide a platform for professionals, educators, researchers, and policymakers to connect, collaborate, and build partnerships for future research and nursing / midwifery
3. Promote discussions on enhancing the quality of nursing / midwifery education, practices, researches, and educational technologies, to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
4. Explore ways to integrate emerging technologies and innovative teaching methods into nursing/ midwifery education, promoting interactive and engaging learning experiences.
