Terms and Conditions for Submission of Workshop Proposal – 9th ICHPE’25

    1. All submitted workshop proposals will undergo a peer review process.
    2. The decision regarding acceptance will be communicated to the corresponding facilitator. As space is limited at UOL very limited number of workshop can be accomodated at conference site.
    3. Upon acceptance, it is requested that the facilitator conduct the workshop at their institution after formal approvals under the banner of ICHPE.
    4. ICHPE will:
      • Provide workshop standee.
      • Promote the event through its official website and social media channels.
      • Provide a standardized feedback form for participants.
      • Issue certificates to both participants and facilitators upon successful completion.
    5. In case of any changes to the workshop details or a withdrawal, the facilitator must notify the ICHPE organizing committee at least twenty (20) days before the scheduled workshop date.
    6. Submission of the workshop abstract will be considered as acceptance of the above terms & conditions.
